• Weekends are a two-night minimum

Check in/Check out:

• Check in is available from 3pm unless prior arrangement is made
• Check out is 10am unless prior arrangement is made
• Please leave the house as you found it, ensure that all dishes and cooking implements are washed and put away prior to departure
• Portacot and highchair available on request, please ask when booking

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel within 7 days you may be charged 50% of the value of the booking
• If you cancel within 24 hours you may be charged 100% of the value of the booking
• If we are able to rebook the dates, we will not charge a cancellation fee
